Terms of Service

EquiSight is a portfolio analytics platform for Australian property investors. We provide a Portfolio Health Score, pillar breakdown, stress testing tools, and related analytics based on data you provide. EquiSight does not provide financial advice, product recommendations, or investment guidance.

You must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident (or investing in Australian property) to use EquiSight. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and entering property data.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• EquiSight offers a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use EquiSight for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer the scoring methodology or algorithms.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit EquiSight's outputs without written permission.

The EquiSight scoring engine, methodology, software, and brand are the intellectual property of EquiSight Pty Ltd. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of the property, loan, or financial information you enter.

EquiSight provides portfolio analytics and scoring only. It is not financial advice. The Portfolio Health Score is a risk measurement tool — it does not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. Always consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EquiSight's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or investment losses.

Your use of EquiSight is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using EquiSight, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• You may delete your account at any time from dashboard settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of EquiSight after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
